Arguments about AI are starting to fall behind the thing itself. Something that doesn't quite feel human may feel more human tomorrow. Some of it may be overhyped, and some is theater. But it isn't going away.
For better or worse, we'll soon live in a different world.
A world where a company can feed its entire institutional memory to a model and ask what to do next. That should still sound crazy, but almost doesn't.
The answer may be useless, or contain something no one wanted to say out loud. Most of us have already seen what confident AI mistakes look like. Still, the risk will be judged by results.
